Booster function: After setting the desired heat level, touch the frying pan booster to rapidly preheat at maximum level. Use the pot booster function to temporarily increase the power of the cooking zone by approximately 50%, allowing you to boil water in an instant.
Professional Cooking Function (Chef Mode): This mode is modeled after the iron plate used in teppanyaki restaurants. With one touch, each cooking zone is activated at a preset heat level, so all you have to do is place a pot or frying pan on top to boil, fry, or keep food warm.

Control KnobThis system elevates traditional knob operation to cutting edge technology. On the digital control panel, this control knob acts as the controller for all cooking zones. Turning it to the right increases the power of the selected cooking zone, while turning it to the left decreases it.
The control knob is removable and can be washed.
